Frequently Asked Questions

Provider FAQ

We built our onboarding and service model to remove friction, not add it. Here are the answers to the questions we hear most often from providers and practice teams.

How long does onboarding take?

Most practices are fully onboarded and ready to order within 3 to 5 business days. Our team manages the process and keeps you informed at every step.

Is there a minimum testing volume requirement?

No. US-Biosciences works with practices of all sizes, from solo practitioners to multi-location specialty groups. We build relationships based on the right fit, not volume thresholds.

What does it cost to get started?

There is no cost to set up your account, receive collection supplies, or complete staff training. Testing is billed through standard insurance and Medicare pathways. Our team will walk you through coverage expectations for your specific patient population.

Do you help with insurance and billing questions?

Yes. Your account representative can provide guidance on payer coverage, medical necessity documentation, and billing requirements for each test we offer. We are committed to helping your practice remain in compliance and get appropriate reimbursement.

How do we receive results?

Results are delivered electronically through our secure reporting platform. You will be notified when results are ready. Reports are also available for download and print directly from the portal.

What if we have a question about a specific result?

Your dedicated account representative is your first point of contact for results questions. For clinically complex cases, our team can escalate to appropriate clinical support resources. You will never be sent to a call center.

Do you provide collection supplies and shipping materials?

Yes, completely. Collection kits, requisition forms, and prepaid shipping materials are provided to your practice at no cost. We monitor your supply levels and proactively ensure you are never without what you need.

Can we order tests electronically?

Yes. In addition to paper requisition forms, we offer electronic ordering options for practices that prefer a fully digital workflow. Your representative can discuss the best approach for your practice during onboarding.
