Once you decide to move forward, our team handles the account setup process from end to end. We collect the necessary credentialing information, verify your provider license and NPI, and establish your account in our system. Most practices are fully onboarded within a matter of days, not weeks. We move at your pace.
Before you order your first test, your dedicated US-Biosciences representative will schedule a training session with your clinical staff. We walk through every collection protocol, what supplies to use, how to collect each sample type, how to complete the requisition, and how to ship samples to our laboratory. Collection kits, requisition forms, and shipping materials are delivered to your practice at no cost. You will never run a shortage on supplies. We monitor and replenish proactively.
Ordering with US-Biosciences is straightforward. Complete the requisition form, available in print or electronically, attach it to the collected sample, and send it to our laboratory using the prepaid shipping materials we provide. For practices with high testing volume, we can discuss electronic ordering integration options that streamline the workflow further.
Your sample is received, logged, and processed in our CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory using our PacBio Vega™ HiFi sequencing platform and PCR-based testing infrastructure. Every sample is handled with chain-of-custody documentation and quality control protocols at every processing stage. Accuracy is not assumed. It is verified.
Results are delivered securely to your practice through our electronic reporting platform. You will receive a notification when results are ready. Our reports are written in clinical language, structured to support your patient conversation, not just document a finding. If you have questions about a result, your account representative is available to walk through it with you.
Your relationship with US-Biosciences does not end when results are delivered. Your account representative stays in regular contact, manages your supply inventory, answers clinical and operational questions, and advocates for your practice within our organization. We are a partner, not a transaction.
